The organisers have launched 2 new services at the exhibition, which will make your participation paper-free, while limiting your physical contact with visitors.
The exhibition organisers will prepare your personal QR code, which will be placed on your badge (you can also place it at your stand). The QR code will take users to the promotional material that you will need to upload to your account in advance. By scanning the QR code via a mobile application, visitors will be able to receive your promotional material in e-format directly to their e-mails.
Each visitor’s badge will have a QR code containing its holder’s contact information. You simply need to scan this QR code using the camera of your mobile phone to get the visitor’s contact information into your phone book. This will help you avoid physical contact when exchanging business cards, and will significantly speed up the processing of contacts collected at the exhibition.
Important: In order to benefit from these services, you will need to download a mobile application or use the camera of your mobile phone.
