This themed exhibition is directly connected to my profession.
Naturally, I’m interested in everything related to the restaurant industry. First and foremost — the products. The restaurant where I work is of a very high standard. In preparing our dishes, we use only the highest quality ingredients and work with the most trusted suppliers. Many of them are showcasing their products here. But there are also new companies offering quality goods. I was also curious to explore the latest in restaurant equipment. Unfortunately, there aren’t that many companies in that category represented at the exhibition.

Over the past few years, the exhibition has also become popular for hosting the “Golden Shah” Chefs' Championship. Watching fellow chefs at work is always interesting, and sometimes even educational. I even had the chance to try some of the dishes prepared by local and international chefs. There were some very appealing creations in terms of both taste and presentation.

I’ve been a regular visitor to the InterFood Azerbaijan exhibition for the past ten years. And I can confidently say that this event continues to grow steadily — both in scale and quality. And that brings great satisfaction to us, the visitors.
