I came to this exhibition because I wanted to find out about equipment or some products and innovations related to my field. Some products caught my attention. For example, I liked the packaging machine,
Bashkortostan wheat with bread quality indicators, Iranian plastic pallets for use in our factory. The price is also acceptable. I will take these suggestions to the relevant people in our company, they will discuss them and make a decision. But I would like to see a wider range of products used in flour and confectionery production at the exhibition. Among the things I would be interested in I would mention large bakery equipment, dough cutting equipment, sieves, mixers, boilers, stainless steel tables, conveyors, small and large ovens, spare parts for bakeries, motors, gearboxes, metal detectors, x-ray machines, and similar products. In the future, it would be good to have an area dedicated to the exhibition of bread, buns, confectionery, and various equipment for their production. By the way, I would like to point out that one of the divisions of our group of companies was presented at this exhibition.
Nothing stands still in the world, as innovations develop. We want to develop our production as well, and for that, we need to go to exhibitions to see modern ways of production and new equipment used here. InterFood 2024 once again proved this with its size and the modern products, equipment, and technological applications presented here.
