This was my first visit to Azerbaijan, and I chose to attend the InterFood Azerbaijan exhibition. Our company specializes in the confectionery sector, so I was particularly interested in anything connected to this industry. I was genuinely impressed by the exhibition. From the moment of registration to the layout of the exhibition halls, the professionalism of the organization, the business program, and the caliber of participants – everything reflected the high status of this event.
I was able to meet many potential partners with whom I may explore future collaboration to grow and enhance our business. For any confectioner, the foundation lies in high-quality ingredients – flour, butter, milk, sugar, spices, and grains. Logistics is also a critical factor for us, which is why I was especially drawn to the offerings from Azerbaijani and Russian producers – our closest regional neighbours. Overall, I’m very glad I attended. I believe this exhibition will serve as a strong motivation for future development.
