As a leading company in hotel asset management, our mission is not only to implement international hospitality standards in Azerbaijan, but also to increase the country’s tourism appeal and attract a broader and more diverse range of guests. We operate many hotels, most of which are located in the regions of Azerbaijan, including Karabakh.

We are looking for meat suppliers, new cheese brands, and manufacturers capable of supplying products in large volumes. First and foremost, we are interested in local producers. Our procurement approach, which involves working with a large number of suppliers, helps combat monopolies, stabilizes prices, and opens up new opportunities. It is important for us to be honest with our guests by offering stable prices.

This year’s exhibition enabled us to establish contacts with suppliers of meat, tea, and frying oils, as well as cheese producers. I believe these promising connections will lead to contracts. It is also very pleasing that representatives of our group of companies are participating in the “Golden Shah” chefs’ tournament. We came to support them as well.

It is difficult to fully explore such a significant exhibition in just one day from a professional perspective, which is why we returned on the second day of the event. Such events are undoubtedly necessary and beneficial. Global trends are changing at an incredible speed, and in order to stay informed about all the latest developments, we regularly attend InterFood and always find something useful for ourselves here. The greater the number of suppliers offering diverse products, the better it is for everyone.
